SCID

A Solid Cancer Immuno-metabolism database.

  • As a canonical hallmark of cancer, metabolism reprogramming is involved in both tumor and immune cells with the growth and progression of multiple cancer types.
  • The hemostasis, phenotype and function of immune cells are finely tuned by balanced signaling pathways in cancer.
  • Here, we constructed a biologists friendly database: SCID (A Solid Cancer Immuno-metabolism database), including pathway activities, differential metabolism genes in immune and cancer types, correlation coefficient of metabolism genes with tumor infiltrating immune cells, as well as the prognostic significance of metabolism genes in multiple cancer types.
  • SCID would deepen our understanding of metabolism with immune cells in tumor progression and cancer therapy.
